I placed an order, accidentally, online when I got trapped in an advertisement. When I realized I placed the order, I sent an email indicating to cancel this order it was placed in error. These two actions happened on 01-25-10 at 11:09 pm (est). On 01-27-2010, I received an email indicating that the order was cancelled on #90445 and I would be receiving a refund if the POP (Point of Purchase) actually went thru because I cancelled the order before it left the shipping area. Last year I purchased online Bumpits Volumizing Inserts which included two large inserts, two free small inserts, and for an additional shipping and handling fee the free Hollywood insert. First, the print was very fine and I didn’t realize that I was paying a total of $14.90 for shipping and handling for a box that cost under $6.00 to ship according to the USPS standards provided to my company.
