I ordered the acai berry product as a free trial. I followed the instructions to cancel the automatic shipment of product within fourteen days. Actually I cancelled two days after I submitted the order for a free trial. My credit card was charged anyway. I called the bank and they told me that this company, Lipaphen, is the biggest problem they have currently. This company has blocked any phone calls for complaints. The banker told me that they change the way they bill every month so that they can get by the blocks that the bank puts on their bill. I investigated further and found a page at www.acaiberrydetox.com/terms.aspx that states they will not take any returns of product. The banker told me that in order to get a refund of my money I had to send any product back and wait for 30 days after they got the package back. If there was still no refund from the company, the bank would refund the money at that time. However a tracking number for the package is required.

I urge consumers not to purchase this product. This company is fraudulent.
