I ordered the acai berry product as a free trial. I followed the instructions to cancel the automatic shipment of product within fourteen days. Actually I cancelled two days after I submitted the order for a free trial. My credit card was charged anyway. I called the bank and they told me that this company, Lipaphen, is the biggest problem they have currently. This company has blocked any phone calls for complaints.
