I ordered door knobs from this company. They arrived weeks later, backordered, and much too small to fit the existing (regular sized) holes in my door so I had to return them. They charged me a 16% restocking fee which is used only to discourage the consumer from returning products. Then they charged my credit card for the FREE shipping I had qualified for when I ordered! Oh, the FREE shipping I had to PAY for was more than the cost of the return shipping in the same box! Of course I paid for the return shipping myself. I had a total loss of 35% trying to do business with them. Never shop with this company by internet because you will be scammed if you have to return anything for any reason. I am going to file a comsumer affairs complaint next!
