I ordered door knobs from this company. They arrived weeks later, backordered, and much too small to fit the existing (regular sized) holes in my door so I had to return them. They charged me a 16% restocking fee which is used only to discourage the consumer from returning products. Then they charged my credit card for the FREE shipping I had qualified for when I ordered!
