Lucinda Mansu of Lords of Iron.com purchased two items from our store denycesboutique.net. She asked to ship the items via ups ground. Ground takes 5 - 7 business days. We processed the order within 24 hours and posted the tracking number. Within 2 days of not receiving the items she filed a paypal dispute to try and say she did not receive it. We posted the tracking details in paypal and they asked her to verify receipt of the items. She then changed her story and claimed that she hated the tops and wanted a refund. Paypal asked her to return them to us . It took her 6 days to do so but in the mean time she left us several threatening messages and emails. If you are familiar with the paypal process they take a while and during that time they hold the money. They closed the case on 1/29/10 and she was refunded on 1/30/10 but she still continues to email us saying she will ruin our business.
