Lucinda Mansu of Lords of Iron.com purchased two items from our store denycesboutique.net. She asked to ship the items via ups ground. Ground takes 5 - 7 business days. We processed the order within 24 hours and posted the tracking number. Within 2 days of not receiving the items she filed a paypal dispute to try and say she did not receive it. We posted the tracking details in paypal and they asked her to verify receipt of the items. She then changed her story and claimed that she hated the tops and wanted a refund.
