I ordered Acai Berry over a year ago (free trial). Then noticed a charge on my credit card of $29.95 so I called and had to wait on hold for over an hour before a foreign male picked up the phone. I told him I wanted to cancelled my ordered and to not charge my account anymore-he agreed and I stupidly thought it was over. Then I received another shipment of the product-I sent it back return to sender-unopened and did not notice anymore charges to my account so again I thought it was over. Now over a year later I noticed a charge of $85.91 as well as $29.95 on my credit card! Tried to call both of the "888" numbers and all I get is ring ring and then "goodbye" is said on the phone and I am disconnected. I will be calling my bank card services this am when they open at 9am but I am almost sure they are not going to help me with so I will end up having to cancel this credit card as I have read many others have had to do as well. If any one else has any advice on this matter I would truly appreciate it. It just makes me sick that I fell for this, tried to cancel, and they can go ahead and take more of my money. Please help!
