I ordered Acai Berry over a year ago (free trial). Then noticed a charge on my credit card of $29.95 so I called and had to wait on hold for over an hour before a foreign male picked up the phone. I told him I wanted to cancelled my ordered and to not charge my account anymore-he agreed and I stupidly thought it was over. Then I received another shipment of the product-I sent it back return to sender-unopened and did not notice anymore charges to my account so again I thought it was over.
