Do not ever order from this website. I ordered a pair of floral "uggs" - should have checked reviews first. I was automatically over-charged on my debit card and the money was out of my account immediately. There was even an expense to convert my American dollars into Chinese money - nowhere on the website does it state the boots are shipping from China. I, too, had the business "Decker's Outlet" on my statement, although my bank alerted me my money had actually gone to a factory in China! I sent several emails requesting to cancel my order, to which I was replied to in very poor English to be patient and that I was a valued customer and they would offer me a discount on further purchases if I did not cancel. They even told me that if I wanted to cancel an additional twenty dollars would be taken out of my account! They kept promising my boots would be shipped, but they did not know exactly when. In any case, it is clear this website is not genuine, and they will never send you any boots at all, or incredibly fake ones. Thankfully, I filed a fraud claim with my bank and the money was returned to my account within two or three days. I'm glad I didn't let these scam artists get away with stealing over one hundred dollars from me.
