I ordered what I thought was tall UGG boots on 12/5 and still havent received them on 1/10/11. I checked the tracking number and the USPS shows leaving China on 12/19.I keep emailing the company with no response. They have no phone number or other way of reaching them and they must contact the USPS since they shipped. They also didnt tell me there was $22 shipping and ended up charging me more than what was on the invoice! Therefore a 77.99 pair of boots I ended up being charged 101.89 and not receiving the merchandise. I am now proceeding with disputing the charge through my bank and changing my debit card. read full review »
