I called LuminousBrites on 10/17/08 and told them I wanted to cancel. The gentleman that I talked to was hard to understand and tried to get me to change my mind. I advised him that I did not wish to be on thier mailing list anymore and was told I would be taken off. Today 11/04/08 I recieved another pack and was charged$88.97 even after I was told that I would be removed. The person that I talked to told me to contact the billing dept..
