I received a free sample of Luminous Brites dental whitener by mail. I did not agree to buy this product. I agreed to try it out, which I haven't had a chance to do. In the meantime, they have started billing me at $88.97 a month and sent me another kit. This is thoroughly unethical, dishonest and not at all what I was expecting. I do not intend to pay for this since I did not order it, especioally for a lifetime at $90 a month!!! I would be happy to return all the unused pieces of the free kit and the $90 kit and if someone would be kind enough to give the proper person to send it to. I thoroughly expect a complete credit and no more billing whatsoever. This is a scam. I called them to cancel and get a refund. I was told that they would cancel it by someone whose name was very hared to hear on their phone. He said to get a credit I would have to email: [email protected], which I have just done and this the website that appears!
