i recieved an email for a free trial of luminous brites, i authorized a charge of $4.99 plus $1.00 S&H fee to be charged to my credit card. today Nov.20 2008 i recieved a call from my credit card company that there may be fraudulant activity on my credit card. the charge was for $88.97 by luminous brites- I never authorized them to send me anything but the free trail sample, moreover i dicovered they will be charging me $88.97 every 20 days for ongoing supplies-none of which i ever agreed to. this is an outrage and a clear case of FRAUD- PLEASE HELP, after going on line i discovered there are many more with the same complaint - with out guessing i should think this should qualify for a CLASS ACTION law suit. I did order the trial kit for $4.99 and used my credit card. I did receive the kit. Today, I received a package (a one month supply) for $88.97. The letter in the package said that I could cancel
any future shipments - by calling the Customer Support Team @ 866-360-1477. I did call that
number and spoke with a Customer Support Team person. He said that I could not cancel over the
phone and that I had to go to their website.

They have already deducted $88.97 from my account for this shipment that I just received today.

Please advise.

This is definitely a SCAM. Consumers, if you feel like you have been rip off or ignore, that is because you are. The whole thing was a scam. Also the contact support number is a fraud one too. Call this number instead 1866 440 7553 and asked for Donny Blair Ext. 108 Also try to go on to [email protected] and cancel your order RIGHT AWAY before they charge you. Good Luck

I called the company to request a refund on my credit card account, and was rudely informed by the representative that I would have to contact the support group online to request a refund. when I tried to bring up the e-mail address for their support, I was informed that an e-mail address does not exsist. I still have not received my credit on my credit card.
