charged my account without permission
I received a sample of luminousbrites for which I authorized a charge of $4.99. I was later charged $88.87 for another shipment which I NEVER AUTHORIZED AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. You need to credit my card and take me off of any future mailings.

unauthorized deduction
i ordered a trial teeth whitening set and authorized the payment of 4.99 plus shipping and handling only i was charged $88.97 on 11/182008 for another kit that i did not authorize the package was returned to sender. in would like credit for that and would like to cancel any further shipments/charges. thank you

scam
ordered $4.99 sample, charged addt'l $88.97 per month.what a scam. Trying to solve this was such a nightmare I closed my bank account.

Unauthorized charges
I received a teeth whitening sample and was then charged $88 + for a kit I did not order. I contacted Riddick who assured me that my account has been canceled. I would like a refund immediately.

instead of the s/h cost. Now I try to call your so called support center, only
to have some guy who was very rude and hang up on me 4 times
when I told him I wanted to return what you sent me and to cancel any
future orders and to credit my account. PEOPLE THIS IS A RIP OFF. I am calling the Attorney General's office to register a complaint and I am contacting my CREDIT CARD COMPANY
in order to get my account credited. I urge everyone with a complaint
against this company to do the same.

I recieved a kit ad was automaticly charged.I did not knopw I had to cancell.When I tried the number I could not reach anyone.I tried several times.I had complain to my charge card company.

unauthorize debit
I did not authorize this charge of $88.97. I authorized a one time charge of $8.99 i didn't authorize you to charge anything else. I want it stopped immediatly! I never subscribed to this website and was not told that I would be charged for another item. I do not want anymore charges from Luminous brights.

I spoke to a representative about canceling my order last week. She said it was canceled and that i would receiv a confirmation, it never came.
