I had received an ad about smoke-less cigarettes and after looking over the ad I decided I would like to order this product-I had no idea that I was joining a smoke club--there was no mention of it at all--all that I needed to pay was $5.95 for shipping and handling. I don't recall reading anything about 14 days or you will be charged. I asked my husband if I could use his debit card--after he read the ad as well and thought-hey for that price-yes-neither one of us read anything about 14 days that I was told about when I called the company to complain--well shortly after receiving this product--which I have to add--I received no receipt for any thing with any product sent to me from this company-my husband started noticing each month that his checking account is running quite short!! After looking over his bank statement--he was charged 99.99 from Luxcigclub. Mind you, when a shortage appears on a bank statement it is a month later! So if we have so many days to cancel we are out of luck--then suddenly in the mail comes more packages
each month--I have not ordered anything more than the original package-and I never get a statement from them with anything they send--I never got anything saying I was in a club-or any confirmation sent to me via e-mail--I get nothing but things I didn't order and did not need--The packages they have sent me are still closed and unused except for the first one--because I didn't know what it was. No receipt was in the package and I had assumed it was free. Tonight my husband came home from the cigarette store--I can buy this original kit for $39.95 and a package of filters at that same cigarette store costs $9.99 for 6-just like they send me--except they send me 3 packs of 6 at a time--in addition my husbands debit card has been hit for $69.62 for what they send me. On the package it states: As a member of the LUX VIP Smoke Club, you will be entitled to special discounts. I am so sick that I can't even use the damn thing-plus it is non - menthol flavor and I smoke menthol---and here I am stuck with all these non-menthol filters which caused trouble in my marriage and I can't use at a cost of $99.95 plus two months of charges of $69.62--What kind of club is this---they charge you knowing full well that it will be at least one month before you know it--too late for them to give you a refund.
