Yesterday I filed a complaint about Lux e-cigs-also known as The Trio-smokeless cigarette-and their statement about joining this club according to Levi who I talked to in customer service yesterday to complain about their practice and prices-he tells me that 99.99 that I was charged is because the product is covered for life.
