Yesterday I filed a complaint about Lux e-cigs-also known as The Trio-smokeless cigarette-and their statement about joining this club according to Levi who I talked to in customer service yesterday to complain about their practice and prices-he tells me that 99.99 that I was charged is because the product is covered for life. LuxTrio-51-smoke-less cigarette

I had received an ad about smoke-less cigarettes and after looking over the ad I decided I would like to order this product-I had no idea that I was joining a smoke club--there was no mention of it at all--all that I needed to pay was $5.95 for shipping and handling. I don't recall reading anything about 14 days or you will be charged.
