DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON OR COMPANY!!! Amy Wilkerson contacted me in December 2009 with a "buyer" for my timeshare. I sent her $1499 to close the deal by January 31st, 2010. She had excuse after excuse as to why the deal did not close on time. During this time she answered my phone calls and e-mails. With her "girl-next-door" way I continued to believe her. In April she contacted me to say that because of the price of the timeshare that closing costs were more than the original amount quoted and I needed to send her $999 more in order to close precisely on May 13, 2010. She was very definite in the date even with my "are you sure this time?" I, unfortunately, fell for her scam again (read as: STUUPID) and sent her an additional $999. After the supposed closing date came and went she may have answered a couple of my e-mails. I told her that no inquiries had been made as to the payoff on my timeshare. That's when I began to seriously doubt the legitimacy of the whole deal which happened to be when she stopped answering my e-mails. I don't even get the automatic response anymore. We have requested the refund as stated on the website page with no response, of course. DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM OR THIS PERSON. IF SOMEONE (and I've read she uses different names) CONTACTS YOU ABOUT SELLING YOU TIMESHARE AT DOUBLE THE MARKET PRICE - DON'T DO IT!!!
