If all I have to do is provide a copy of my contract and copies of the check stubs on this complaint board in order to get my refund of $2498 then I will gladly do that! The preferred way would be for you to respond to my e-mails and send the money for what you already know I have in my possession. I don't necessarily like to correspond in this manner and have never had to resort to this, but if this is the way it has to be then Luxxor International needs to clean up its business method.
