M & T Bank has charged my account numerous overdraft fees, when I clearly have the money, , stating there is a PENDING transaction causing the overdraft. how can you have overdraft fees, when your account shows a positive balance. sometimes in the hundreds of dollars. They have admitted thier mistake, but only want to give back 3 of the draft charges. this has caused me to loose almost four weekly paychecks to them for fees. What is pending anyay, you either have the money or you dont. they like to hold transactions causing you to end up with overdraft fees. how can this be leagal. they argue with you that they are in the right even after admission of guilt. They constantly change thier stroy about how it works when asked, never giving the same answer twice.I think they do these kind of things because most people wouldnt question it, and just pay the fees being out of money.
