M & T Bank has charged my account numerous overdraft fees, when I clearly have the money, , stating there is a PENDING transaction causing the overdraft. how can you have overdraft fees, when your account shows a positive balance. sometimes in the hundreds of dollars. They have admitted thier mistake, but only want to give back 3 of the draft charges. this has caused me to loose almost four weekly paychecks to them for fees.
