Purchased Matiz Throttle Housing Unit on 15th March 2011 - with guaranteed refund if not suitable. Arrived on the 18th March 2011, found to be no good so sent back on same day, cost £5.20. Telephone Derek many times and on the first time he said the item had been received and a refund should have already been made - but it had not and has still not. On the 4th April 2011 sent letter, next day delivery, cost £5.45, saying if refund had not been received in the next 7 days will take the matter further. No refund has been made. On the 8th April 2011 sent email asking for the refund as my disabled mother had paid for this. In between times calls were made but Derek was never available. All postal receipts, copy letter and saved email.
