Purchased Matiz Throttle Housing Unit on 15th March 2011 - with guaranteed refund if not suitable. Arrived on the 18th March 2011, found to be no good so sent back on same day, cost £5.20. Telephone Derek many times and on the first time he said the item had been received and a refund should have already been made - but it had not and has still not. On the 4th April 2011 sent letter, next day delivery, cost £5.45, saying if refund had not been received in the next 7 days will take the matter further. No refund has been made.
