M Walter Roofing put a new roof on my home in July of this year. Their initial estimate was about $3500, and the final cost was over $5000. I was assured by the saleman (who actually walked the roof to give me the most accurate estimate) that at the most I would only need 2 or 3 sheets of plywood replaced, but the foreman on the job determined that over half of the plywood was bad. The work crew left big black handprints on the siding on the front of my house. I requested multiple times that the handprints be cleaned, but I was blown off, and the prints are still there 3 months later. Mr. Phillip Walter was unbelievably rude and always antagonistic. I advise you stay far away from M Walter Roofing.
