M Walter Roofing put a new roof on my home in July of this year. Their initial estimate was about $3500, and the final cost was over $5000. I was assured by the saleman (who actually walked the roof to give me the most accurate estimate) that at the most I would only need 2 or 3 sheets of plywood replaced, but the foreman on the job determined that over half of the plywood was bad.
