I had enough of this company, In 2005 I bought a House in Cosmo City.This company was handling everything for me, they asked me how much i wanted to spent on my kitchen unit, I told Mr Van der merwe that i'll pay R48 000 for that.We all agreed on that so i was told to get quatations on kitchen units that i like.I found one for R45 000, i presented the quatation to M5 projects and was rudely told that its too much, although i'd paid R48 000!!! I then looked for another quatation which was for R32 000.M5 projecst kindly promised me that i will get the difference(R16 000) paid back to me within 2 weeks, which i could use to build a wall.I've been trying for 3 years now to get my money from this company but i get sent from pillar to post, am rudely spoken to and even threatened by one Wendy.I want my hard earned money! I really regret the day i associated myself with this company.
