I had enough of this company, In 2005 I bought a House in Cosmo City.This company was handling everything for me, they asked me how much i wanted to spent on my kitchen unit, I told Mr Van der merwe that i'll pay R48 000 for that.We all agreed on that so i was told to get quatations on kitchen units that i like.I found one for R45 000, i presented the quatation to M5 projects and was rudely told that its too much, although i'd paid R48 000!!!
