I THOUGHT I was getting a great deal on some cool luggage, but since placing my order I haven't been able to contact anyone at MacroCompany or Macro Luggage. I expected to get a confirmation of purchase/shipping confirmation from them immediately following my purchase- and still haven't. I've emailed them and left several messages with them, but NOTHING. I am very nervous about this purchase, especially now that I have found THIS site and have read all of the horrible reviews about this company... Crap!! I really need this luggage for my trip next week. More importantly, I want what I paid for!!! WILL SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE CONTACT ME??!!
