I THOUGHT I was getting a great deal on some cool luggage, but since placing my order I haven't been able to contact anyone at MacroCompany or Macro Luggage. I expected to get a confirmation of purchase/shipping confirmation from them immediately following my purchase- and still haven't. I've emailed them and left several messages with them, but NOTHING.
