I ordered a present for my daughter (living in another state) Upon reviewing the details the computer had switched billing and shipping information. I immediately called Macy, s customer service and they said situation would be rectified. I spent a lot of time on phone to correct information. My daughter does not have a macy, s credit card and still they were going to bill her. I received tracking information and they did not correct the problem. She is still getting billed and I am receiving the package. Can anyone go on line and have product shipped to them and another party be billed. The computer should have caught the error. The first woman I spoke to (Victoria) seemed frustrated and acted like she did not know what she was doing. I am going to reship but still do not know where the bill is going. They need to look into their online computer system and their personnel.
