I ordered a present for my daughter (living in another state) Upon reviewing the details the computer had switched billing and shipping information. I immediately called Macy, s customer service and they said situation would be rectified. I spent a lot of time on phone to correct information. My daughter does not have a macy, s credit card and still they were going to bill her. I received tracking information and they did not correct the problem.
