Nightmare
The absolutely most disconnected and dysfunctional customer service ever. The live chat on their website no longer is connected and you loop back to the basic question / answer section none of which solve the problem of error #401. This error renders the Magicjack useless.
No contact information, no phone numbers, no live chat. No service interruption messages, no white page or yellow page listings.
At this point with I can't even contact them to return the unit because I am beyond the 30 day supposed guarantee.
I sent a letter to every officer listed on their website to a post office box (very professional) and challenged them to use their own customer service. Advised them to have a bottle of Advil handle because their website is a big headache.
The company is a nightmare.

Broke my computer
My magic jack broke (which doesn't work well with faxes and then plain broke) so we got a live chat instead of a phone number 2 1/2 hours later they went into my reg edit and stop me from being able to open any new files had me turn off my computer, again they have no phone and then I was stuck with a broken computer. their resolution after I had to have info pulled off and had to do a complete restore, was for me to redo the same stuff that broke my computer and when I wouldn't and just asked for a replacement they won't send a call tag to even pay for the return shipping of their broken piece of crap.

Scam and cheating
There is NO customer service at MagicJack. NONE. When you have a problem, and you WILL, you will have no help, because MagicJack has CLOSED their customer service department. Ain't no body there. You are just screwed.

I am trying to get a hold of someone to help me with my magicjack device. My phone rings and I can hear it but when I go to answer it the party on the other end doesn't hear me answer the phone. Please help me out with this. Hey I am a satisfied customer could you please help me.

Terrible experience
I purchased the magicjack and was thoroughly Disappointed... no local ph # in my area meant that anyone calling me would have to call long distance... I may incur additional phone charges when I use the magicjack... 911 service for me was registered in cities over 200 miles away... when trying to get a refund, I can't find a viable link to get my ' RMA # ' which magicjack requires to apply for my refund...
TOTAL RIPOFF as far as my opinion... BUYER BEWARE!!!

No refunds, customer service, address, phone
The only way to contact MagicJack is through a live chat in their website. Then you get to speak to non-English speaking Indians, who put you on hold for 15 minutes at a time while they "Research your record" and give you the runaround. I've had it happen three times when trying to get a refund for the MagicJack I returned, and have been told each time that they would email me within 3 days telling me when I would get my return. It's been three months and it's never happened. They lie, lie, lie!! The quality of my USB was poor, with scratchy sound. I got a return authorization number and returned it within two weeks. the wait began. That was in May 2008. It's now August, and I have spent three hours on the phone getting the runaround, but no refund. So I turned them in to my state Attorney General's office.

Don't belive one word off there ad. ALL lies. 3 day shipping for an extra charge that only applies to when THEY get ready to ship
the jack. 3 days from then!
30day free trial? they tell you they will charge your card in 30days I order mine 6 days ago. Still have no Jacks and they hit my acct: Yesterday! for the full amount !!!
NO customer service what soever ALL LIES! Thiefs! only MAGIC is how fast your money will Disappear!!!
