Stay away
Yeah, I fell for this piece of crap too. I should have known what was to come from a company who has no phone number or physical address.
If you want to return one of these pieces of said crap, go to their site and click on the Return box icon. Type in the info, but NOT your credit card number, and then why you're returning it and press Submit. The page will come up with a printable Return Information page with their PO box (STILL no physical address, but now I understand why not).
I suggest getting insurance, certified and/or delivery conformation before returning it. Also call your credit card company and tell them not to honour any billing from these morons. If it's been over a month since you bought it, see if your credit card company would be interested in taking back the charge and deny these idiots the funds. Citing fraud should help you along with that.

I am being charge for merchandize not received
I ordered this product on 05/25/08 I had not received the merchandize because they waited to long to debit my card. I reordered on 06/02/08 and my debit card statement confirmed it was charged. I never received the product Magicjack. It has been very difficult to contact these people to check delivery status, obtain tracking information, or speak with a human voice. They have several telephone numbers which are never working. The only number is the ordering number which is automated. How can I get assistance with this issue?

cannot remove software
Since I installed magicCrap, I have had weird things happening with my comp, files not loading on startup, & trojan horse viruses coming in to my comp all of a sudden. Chatted with a few people trying to find out how to remove the MJ software and they couldn't (or wouldn't ) tell me how to do it succesively. The files weren't where they said they would be or not to worry about it because it was put in like flash drive would. which doesn't makes sense to me.They cut me off on the chat box twice, and I wasn't even mean to them. There was nothing in the 'add/remove programs' list that was accosiated with it. I think this is a way for them to get info out of your comp almost untracable at any time wether you have the phone jack or not as the software is never deleted. I am a very big sceptic when it comes to this stuff. This VOIP I think has the potential to be very nightmarish!
BEWARE ALL USERS OF THIS MAGICJACK !! Use your common sense. Sounds too good to be true it usually isnt.

Scam
This company is a scam. There is no way to contact a real person or return their terrible product. How can the primary networks possibly endorse the artist. I’ll be placing a complaint with the FCC immediately. They continue to ask for additional credit card information. You have no way of verifying the legitimacy of anything they claim on their website of the things they send in their emails. Don't fall for this scam. You'll likely regret it. Most of my calls are broken up and friends and family complain about the quality of the calls with them.

Beware
If you want to be scammed MagicJack is the right company for you. They advertise your credit card will not be charged give a 30 date but they fail to tell you is your 30 free trial starts the day of your order and in two days they bill your cc the full amount they don’t have customer service except for chat no address or phone number.
Better keep you RMA number and all emails so you can dispute with your Credit Card Company which I plan to do. It might be a good product but the way the company rounds it business *** big time so beware!

Will not give refund
I had ordered Magicjack off of their website. Once I received the device I realized that it would not work with my area code. Once I contacted magicjack; via their chat sessions. (Since they don't have a phone number you can call.) They insisted that I keep the device but could not tell me when my area code would become available. So, I should just hold onto the thing not knowing when or if I would ever be able to use it. I went through their website to obtain an RMA number to return the product. I wrote this number on the outside of the package but failed to keep this number for myself. I had returned the device before my 30 day trial period was up. They advertise that if you return their product before the 30 days that you will not be charged. HA!! They charged me $46.90 right on schedule. I have chatted with about 6 different "agents" and still have not gotten anywhere. They keep asking me for my RMA number. (Which I didn't keep) I told them they should be able to retreive that information off of their website. The last agent told me that it was my credit card company that was the hold up. Something to do with their refund policy. I told him that I did not pay for this item with a credit card and that it was debited out of my checking account. He replied that it was all the same. I told him that it has been almost 2 months now that they have had their product and it was time to give me my money. I threatened to contact the BBB. I told him that any other normal place of business; when confronted with a return, does not have the option to keep the product and the money. He just left the conversation with please be patient and I will TRY to resolve this issue. I advise everyone to stay clear of this company! If they can't even afford a phone to handle customer calls that should be a red flag! Not only that, but you have to wonder what kind of people they are hiring to be their "agents". Half of them can't spell and the other half of them keep saying the same thing over and over. You begin to wonder if it a computer programmed to say the same thing over and over. Buyer Beware!
