My first visit: I ask for a professional, experienced hair colorist and was referred to someone that had just gotten out of the academy in St. Petersburg, FL. I asked for low lights as my natural hair color had grown out and the heavy foiled highlights needed to be toned down with my natural color pulled through to the ends. That is what I wanted. I had two applications on Bleach put on my roots to ensure my natural dirty blonde color was now replaced with a buttery popcorn color and left after three hours later at a tune of 145.00. I didnt get close to what I wanted, and because it was left on my scalp too long, my hair is falling now falling out. This is day three. I have called (they were all in meetings) I have emailed, and havent gotten a response (did that Saturday - today is Monday). The charge went through on my cc already. Now I can't afford to even get it fixed somewhere else. I cry everytime I look at it. Whatever you do - beware - if you go, please, please make sure that the person has been working in that field for 5+ years...other than that, they should get there experience working at Supercuts, where you expect to pay less and get less, not labeling themselves as a MASTER stylist.
