My first visit: I ask for a professional, experienced hair colorist and was referred to someone that had just gotten out of the academy in St. Petersburg, FL. I asked for low lights as my natural hair color had grown out and the heavy foiled highlights needed to be toned down with my natural color pulled through to the ends. That is what I wanted.
