Hi,

I have booked at maruti aStar VXI last month from BIMAL (Murgesh Palya, Bangalore). The time i booked, there was a consumer offer of 12000. i have given advance money and clear all document work on the same day. Because of the vehicle unavailability,  i had to wait for one month. The next month vehicle came but the consumer offer has been reduced to 10000. I am asked to pay the 2000 amount.
 
Why should i pay this amount (2000)!!! i have opted for the vehicle and given money looking at all the logistics and offer and my budget. Its not a matter of the remaining amount, but the business ethics. I have opted for something and cleared all my dues and nothing pending from my side. The vehicle could be delivered because of your problem (unavailability). And why should I pay for your problem???
