Hi, I have booked at maruti aStar VXI last month from BIMAL (Murgesh Palya, Bangalore). The time i booked, there was a consumer offer of 12000. i have given advance money and clear all document work on the same day. Because of the vehicle unavailability,  i had to wait for one month. The next month vehicle came but the consumer offer has been reduced to 10000.
