Absolutely shameful customer service. Employees are rude and dishonest. Owners are not accountable for failed business practices. This company won't stop billing my credit card, has 69 complaints filed with the BBB since 2006, and lied to try to discredit me in a dispute. WARNING! Do not do business with Massaggio Spa!!!
