My biggest complaint is that Massena is the most dirtiest town I have ever seen. We have a spring clean up not a fall clean up. We need a fall clean up because there is tons of garbage everywhere put the village is so worried about loosing there pay raises. Come on People lets clean up this dam town so we can have buisnesses here and have tourist want to actually stay, Massena Town barns I am gonna put all my stuff out side and you can clean it off the curb at least I will be one house that is willing to clean up the area.
