I bought a used mower 2 years ago with a warran. I took it to be worked on for the 2nd time since I got it, both times during mowing season. I took it in this time in March and I still have not got it back. I have had the Sears Sevice Dept call me severall times to tell me they are coming to my house to fix it, and I keep telling them it is at the local Sears store! The store is telling me no one has come to fix it! I got a lender from the local store because I asked they honor my contract and it is not self propelled so I hav eto hire some one to mow for me! This is disgusting service!! What is even worse the local Sears store does not answer the phonenad I have the correct # 785-242-2820Why is it taking months to fix?? I bought the mower so I would not have to hire it done. What do you suggest I do now?? I am a very unhappy customer.
