I bought a used mower 2 years ago with a warran. I took it to be worked on for the 2nd time since I got it, both times during mowing season. I took it in this time in March and I still have not got it back. I have had the Sears Sevice Dept call me severall times to tell me they are coming to my house to fix it, and I keep telling them it is at the local Sears store!
