These guys run under a few different names and push a lot of sales on Ebay. Stupid me I should have known that a "new factory second" mattress for what we paid was too good to be true. Purchased on ebay middle of November, kept getting told its busy time for shipping etc etc. Mattress didn't show up until almost 2 months later. Opened the box and I was horrified. There was no way this was a factory second mattress, this was plain and simple a used mattress. Rips, stains and tears. The federal tags were also cut off. The seam from the top of the mattress to the side is totally blown open. Ebay/Paypal won't do anything for me so now because it was listed as a factory second.

The more I read about these guys and businesses like them is that they will purchase customer returns or mattresses replaced under a warranty claim and turn around and sell them as "factory seconds"

So long story short I am stuck with this mattress. On Ebay they go by the name enchantedmattress and the lady's name is Aleasa Zuckerberg. She now refuses to communicate with me. Buyer beware don't make the same mistake I did, you have been warned!
