These guys run under a few different names and push a lot of sales on Ebay. Stupid me I should have known that a "new factory second" mattress for what we paid was too good to be true. Purchased on ebay middle of November, kept getting told its busy time for shipping etc etc. Mattress didn't show up until almost 2 months later. Opened the box and I was horrified.
