On 12/15/08 there was charge on my account for $69.95 for this product. This product was not charged nor ordered by me. I have tried to contact the company since 12/26/08 via phone. I cannot reach a cusomer service rep. The standard message of "we are experiencing technical difficulties with calls. Please leave your name/number/product calling about and we will return your call shortly." Apparently if I do not get through to them I will continue to be charged a monthly amount for this product. This is BS and this company has no interest in erroneous purchases or refunding any money. You can't even reach them. Please advise on alternatives to reach this company if you have any. Thank you.
