On 12/15/08 there was charge on my account for $69.95 for this product. This product was not charged nor ordered by me. I have tried to contact the company since 12/26/08 via phone. I cannot reach a cusomer service rep. The standard message of "we are experiencing technical difficulties with calls. Please leave your name/number/product calling about and we will return your call shortly." Apparently if I do not get through to them I will continue to be charged a monthly amount for this product.
