sweet and sour sauce
My daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and fries and a ice cream cone. I got to the window and was handed the bag and told the ice cream cone would be right up. I then had to ask for sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets, because the employees failed to ask what kind of sauce if any i wanted. I was then handed one container, and before I could ask for one more for a total of (2) the girl walked away. While waiting for the ice cream cone we began eating the fries which tasted like they had been sitting for awhile another employee approached with the ice cream cone and I asked for one more sweet and sour for a whole total of (2) and she replied well I guess I can give you one this time but in the future we will have to charge you. I was given one to begin with along with stale fries and have never ever in my long past of eating at mcdonalds have ever been told that. At what point can the consumer start charging for rude customer service and just basic stupidity. I realize times are hard, but give us a break. I wanted (2) containers for a 9 piece mcnugget. Oh my it wasn't 20.

Poor Service
I entered the empty lobby of this McDonalds at 7:30pm. A manager was at the front and talking on a cell phone. She refused to serve me. She ignored me. I was standing there with my two young children ages 5 and 2. We were never greeted or acknowledged at all. They acted as though we weren't there . The manager kept talking on her cellphone and walked to the coffee bar area, where she propped her arm on the counter top and kept talking away on her cell phone. The drive-through girl was busy serving the drive-thru and it appeared they had no one to man the front lobby. We continued to wait for 5 minutes, and another couple walked in and waited behind me. At this point I was getting really angry and loudly mentioned that it was unacceptable to keep customers waiting like this with no service. The couple behind me was shocked that we hadn't been served or even looked at by the staff. After about 7 minutes, I got fed up and loudly declared to the manager on her cell phone that I was leaving and her behavior was complelety unacceptable. I called her an idiot and left.

Terriable service
Ive been to this Mcdonalds alot because its not to far from my house and I have a problem everytime I go. I try to say to myself maybe it will be different this time and it never is. I went to the Mcdonalds on 52nd and wadsworth in denver co at 11:00 August 9. They told me they stop serving breakfest which was not a problem. So I order a Mcdouble no onions small fry and small water. I got my food at 11:10 and of coarse like always they put onions on my burger, I was thinking they should know me by now as many times they have put onions on my burger when I always ask not to. So i gave her my burger back and told the cashier I didnt want onions on my burger. She said ok and I waited, waited, and waited, finally a customer said to me you was here way before me how did I get my food before you. I said good question I ordered at 11:00 and it is now 11:30 the customer asked where is the manager and complained for me. I said I want my money back im not even hungry anymore. Guess what she told me Im sorry I didnt see you there I gave your burger away. Thanks to store number 15661 in Arvada Co 5235 Wadsworth blvd for almost killing me everytime I order food from them because Im allergic to onions. There customer service has never been good either I will take this up with someone higher up.

Awful, awful, awful
I understand that they are concerned about the dangers of bad tomatoes, however, I can't understand how they can refuse to give a substitute for an item which they are charging for but don't have or no longer offer!

Kids Meals
Is anyone else as tired as I am of going to McDonalds to get the kids Happy Meals with the New toys and are always told they are out and they get something from 2 months ago? This is getting old. I say lets file a Class Action suit. To me, this a a bait and switch scheme. They know how many Happy Meals are sold @ every store. And they still have none? Whay do you say?

poor service and bad attitude
six of us went in to mcdonalds and placed our order the place was a little busy but really not that bad, any way the order line was a lot shorter than the waiting line all of my group received there food and sat down i then waited about ten minutes still not to get my food, mean while about six to seven other people received there food that had plainly placed ther order after i did, than other customer came in and ordered received there food first and brought it to the manager attention with on avail, now everyone in my group is done eatting the manager checked my ticket three seperate times and continued to fill other orders by now i wasn't very happy so i asked if i was going to get my food or not he totally ignored me would not converse or even try to solve the problem at hand when i asked him what he thought about it he contioued to ignore me till i finally asked for my money back he proceeded to do this with out any eye contact or communacation with an experience like this i belive you problably will do just fine with out our business and any one else we can tell, or maybe you can handle this problem, this took place in beaver bay mn. 9:30 am saterday august first. the manager was very aware of the whole ordeal and is the one who was primarly involved. By the time i recieved my money back there was no one in line for anything.

Awful, awful, awful
I am so angry right now! I have been raised on McDonal'ds my entire life. I remember when McDonal'ds gave away the Muppet Babies doll's in their Happy Meals. I was born into the military at Camp Lejeune, the largest amphibious military base in the U.S. I was raised on quality beef with the speediness to keep up with the endurance of a military father. However, since moving to Charlotte, N.C., I cannot depend on the McDonald's located at 5600 E. Independence Blvd. They always forget half my order, luckily I only live 2 minutes away. However I feel sorry for any hungry passersby traveling along 74 Independence Blvd. Not only do they forget your order but they hassle you and make you wait additional minutes. I only live a couple minutes away, however, if you are traveling staight through, BEWARE! This same instance has happened to me nummerous occasions, tonight I finally had enough, I made my complaint about my fries being cold, via back through the drive-thru, an additional 15 minutes, not including the 15 minutes it initially took to place my order. Then she tells me to pull forward. where I wait an additional 15 minutes. I was totally fed up, I walked up to the window gave the woman the rest of the cold food and demanded my money back. 5 minutes later she arrived with my change. I asked her for the name and number of her manager, which she could not provide. Moreover, she was not wearing a name tag, therefore, I could not identify her to the proper management. When I asked her name. she would not tell, so I said so if I'm to make a complaint I should just say some obese, black, lazy, woman at this store was performing an unsatisfactory job. She threatened to call the cops on me, for what is beyond me. So I said go ahead and tell them what?, Your fat, lazy, and have not idea about customer service.Well, then a car load full of black people stared harrasing me. I would love to get this matter resolved A.S.A.P. Even High School students could perform more mannerly than that old, nasty, woman. For people like myself who so often get bad service and cold food provided by the McDonalds's located at 5600 E. Indepence Blvd. Highway 74 we are fed up so please McDonald's please make your employees wear name tags and please provide a name and number on your drive-thru window so matters such as this can be resolved in a more timely fashion, for instance firing your Big N' Nasty located at 5600 E. Independence immediately.

Comtaminated Pop
July 29th/09 I went through the drive thru and only ordered a larger Diet Coke. After driving to the other side of the City I took a drink and started to suck up a lot of something that was pasty. I pulled over and took the lid off the cup to find a large amount of Bread or Bun floating in the pop. Well, it didn't take me long to go back to the store but it did take me forever to get the atention of the Manager who I told the same story to of what happened. Well the store was so busy that I got the feeling that all they were concerned aboput was to get me out of the store a.s.a.p. In the end she refilled my coke order gave my money back and a free ice cream cone coupon. I was not after free food but what concerns me is to why or how bread got into my pop, which makes me think, did someone drop the cup on the floor and someone else picked it up along with stuff that was on the floor? I cant see any other way of this happening! I called the McDonalds Office in Toronto today and informed them of what happened and the lady on the phone told me that this would not be the first time that what I suggested happened is what happened. Really kind of gross to know that just a simple plain drink could be filled with crap from the floor. She took my name and number and told me that she would be passing this onto the area manager. Well let's just see if infact she does, because I will only give them a couple of days and then I am going to take this complaint to the area Health Board.

Awful Service
So it was around 4:30am and myself and some coworkers decided to stop at the local McDonalds for some food before their flight. We went through the drive thru and were told that there was no meat ready. This a 24 hour McDonalds. After hearing this we decided to just head to the airport. So on my way back I stopped there again figuring everything was good to go by then. This time I decided to go inside. It was a little after 5:30 and I went to open one of the doors only to find out that it was still locked. The time listed was 5am, so it should have been opened. I looked inside to see if anyone was around and saw 4 McDonalds employees sitting at a table talking. I knocked on the door and pointed to the sign hanging listing the time. One of the people inside pointed towards to me and they all began to laugh. I felt so stupid. I decided to go through the drive thru and try that way. I ordered my food and drove to the last window. I paid and told the cashier that maybe next time they should post a sign out front if they aren't going to be opening on the time listed on the sign. I was very polite about it too. Her response was "Whatever Sir, have a nice day!" That was it. Turns out she was actually the manager too. Now how sad is that? Later that day I contacted a number found on the McDonalds site under customer service. I called and explain what happened, the lady I talked to sounded as if she could have cared less. I then asked her for the corporate number only to be told that she was unable to disclose that information. That made no sense whatsoever. So I just told her my contact info and asked for someone to call me back.
I got a call the following day from the owner of the McDonalds, obviously it was privately owned. Right off the bat he was apologizing for my bad experience and hold that he wouldn't be loosing my business. He then attempted offer me coupons/discounts if I came back to them. I automatically told him 'NO'. I stated that I wasn't looking for freebies, I just wanted him to know what had happened. He let me know that he was planning on having a meeting at that McDonalds the next day and he would find out what was going on with the employees. So I never got a response back or anything, so who knows what happened. Probably nothing.
