Put strawberries in a chocolate milkshake
It was 102 degrees outside so I went to McDonalds and have something cool me off. I ordered a chocolate milkshake then I noticed there were huge pieces of strawberries were in the milkshake. I went back in McDonalds and said why are there strawberries in my milkshake and the worker was like "I dont know". Then I said "Can I have a refund" and the worker said "NO". I just decided to leave and find someplace else to go. The location of this McDonalds I went to was the McDonalds in the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack - New York.

Horrible planning from the manager on duty!
I went to Mcdonalds drive threw at 1:15pm, and received my food at 2:45pm, 30 minutes in drive threw to get my food, when asked what the problem was, they said grill is backed up, but did not know why. The lady behind me (she got there about 10 minutes after me) was so mad, she got out of her car and went to the back door (f0r deliveries) to get someone, no one came to the door and she yelled to the drive threw person "what is the problem" the lady at the window had nothing to say. Horrible planning from the manager on duty!

Order consistently short
I visit the McDonalds in Pittsburg, Ca on Bailey Road frequently. Each and every time I have ordered the Asian Chicken Salad they never put the almonds in the bag until I check and ask them where they are. Two times the staff did not know what I was talking about because they didn't know English. The drive through has a window that is suppose to display the confirmed order & price. It does not display either. The staff, in other locations, tells you the total before reaching the collection window. This did not happen. The price varies from $4.83 to $5.19... go figure. Today was $5.19. There was mostly iceberg lettuce (over 80%) which has not been usual for this salad. There were no bell peppers and the sliced carrots were two pieces the size of a nickel and thinner than siran wrap! The chunks of iceberg lettuce where so big that they resembled 1/4 to 1/8 of the whole head of lettuce (again unusual for this salad). Had I not visited other locations as well and found them consistently the same, I would have nothing to compare this to. Whoever cares about this location should make an effort to correct some of these issues!

Shameless toy advertising and kids
I have a big problem with fast food chains, including McDonalds, using toys to convince kids to visit the restaurant and then not having the advertised toys in stock. I visited McDonalds in Potchefstroom today. Of the four advertised toys for girls, only the one that we already have was in stock, of the two displayed boys' toys, none was in stock.
I feel that our kids are being lied to to get them in the restaurant, and then shamelessly cheated when they do go there.
McDonalds should keep there advertised promises!

Lack of customer service!
It has been going on for too long and must be rectified ASAP as far as I'm concerned and I believe many customers are being mistreated by McDonald Stores. Almost every time I've decided to go for a quick meal, it has taken too long to get it. It seems that the company is giving priority to the "Drive Through" service and let's people who come to the restaurant to sit down wait forever to get the service deserved for getting out of the car. I've watched the process enough to complain about it, and will do whatever it takes to take the issue to the management every time I see it happening. As mentioned before it's unacceptable to be so careless by Mc Donalds to continue this disservice. I'm prepared to go to the media to help nudge the company into doing the right thing or will create some negative slogans by displaying stickers or other forms of discontented signs to expose that sort of behavior.

Dirty bathroom in McDonalds!
I decided to eat at a McDonald restaurant located at 2848 Nostrand Ave in Brooklyn, New York. Before I ordered, I decided to use the restaurant's restroom. When I opened the door, the wall behind the toilet and the toilet itself were smeared with feces. The feces were hard and it appeared to have been there for some time. I inquired about the cleaning of the bathroom from an employee, but was not given an adequate response. Apparently the bathroom would be cleaned later during the evening. How can anyone serve food to the pubic with a bathroom of such a state so close by...

Making food with no gloves!
I went into a mcdonalds on 16th avenue, n.w. in Calgary, to order a take away breakfast. Whilst i was hanging around, i notice that the person making up the orders had no gloves on while she was making all the food. So when the food came, i told the guy i did not want it now, and then saw a manager, and she said, well sometimes they wear gloves and sometimes they don't, and was not in the least bothered about it.

Terrible service
I have a couple of complaints about the McDonalds in Quincy, WA. This is suppose to be a fast food restaurant and when I have to wait in the drive through line 10 to 15 min. This is not fast. I have also ordered and not gotten what I order. One time I received two double cheese burgers without the meat and had to go in and have it fixed which they said that is what I order and it wasn't. The next time I ordered a a sausage biscuit with cheese and didn't receive the cheese. I have ordered other burgers and got 5 miles down the road and come to find out they have no meat on them. Got home one time with half my order and not happy when I live 20 miles away. It would help also if the people working there understand English a little better.

Misbehave with pregnant lady!
This is to bring in your notice that yesterday on 20/12/2006 my sister Jasleen visited to mcdonalds at GK-1,M Block main market, New Delhi she was sitting their and having her meal suddenly somebody took away her hand purse in which she was carrying some cash,credit cards,ATM cards and her Permanent resident card of singapore.
When she get to know about it she complained about it to the staff people and asked the staff to check it instead of cooperating her they started blaming her that she was not carrying a per purse along with her whereas their cctv shows that she was carrying purse to mcdonalds they insulted the lady in fact five months pregnant lady in front of the crowds of people even their guard was also behaving rudely to her.
Today on 21/12/2006 when i manpreet singh brother of jasleen visited their along with one of my friend to discuss the issue with the mcdonalds staff they did the same thing with us the staff misbehaved with us and was saying what we did was ok and enough if we don't do this what will you do and they were talking like illiterates and saying us do what ever you want to do.
Due to all this issue my sister has to face lots of insult she felt insulted in the main market because of which she was in the stress whole evening which is not good for pregnant lady she is also having some complications in her pregnancy.
This is my complaint against them i want you to take some action against them asap
we have planned to take these people to consumer court for harming the self respect of their customer.
