I placed an order with McGrath's Hardware -- my credit card was billed on October 11, 2004. When the product still had not been delivered by Nov. 4, I contacted the company -- I was told by Scott M that the product was back ordered due to overwhelming orders, but was in stock now and would be delivered 3 days later. He said he would add something to the package to make it worth the wait.

Once again it didn't arrive as promised and I contacted him again. He again investigated and finally mailed the product on November 15th, to the WRONG ADDRESS.

And of course whatever he thought would make this worth my while was no where to be found. I will never deal with this company again.
