I placed an order with McGrath's Hardware -- my credit card was billed on October 11, 2004. When the product still had not been delivered by Nov. 4, I contacted the company -- I was told by Scott M that the product was back ordered due to overwhelming orders, but was in stock now and would be delivered 3 days later. He said he would add something to the package to make it worth the wait. Once again it didn't arrive as promised and I contacted him again.
