Melvin's Limousine Services c-o First Baptist Church Of Deanwood 1008-45th Street N.E. Washington, DC 20019 The nature of the complaint is that Melvin Duboise failed to return money due back from renting a limousine for a Wedding that was scheduled for June 24, 2006 which was cancelled on the June 15, 2008. His contract states that you will lose the deposit and loose 50% as long as the contract is cancelled with in 72 hours of service. This Wedding was cancelled well before 72 hours. Mr. Duboise lied and said that the wedding was canceled the week of the Wedding, which was not true. He has yet to re-pay the money that is owed to me as of July 6, 2008. A word of advise don't never do business with him he is a liar and he uses his Church for excuses instead of giving the person what belongs to them, and he is scamming along with an associate named Danielle Alston who is suppose to be his Secretary.
